By purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by MATCHDESIGNS.

Copyright
The copyright in all works supplied by MATCHDESIGNS will remain with MATCHDESIGNS In the event of you supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will MATCHDESIGNS be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.

Right to refuse
MATCHDESIGNS hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Prices
MATCHDESIGNS prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Payments
MATCHDESIGNS do not operate a credit facility. All orders of art products need to be paid for prior to production. MATCHDESIGNS accept paypal payments or personnel cheque which can be made out to P. G. Matchett and sent to 53 Graham Avenue Hessle High Rd. Hull. HU4 7AW.

The work
MATCHDESIGNS carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.

Cancellations
MATCHDESIGNS cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

The completed work
MATCHDESIGNS will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will MATCHDESIGNS be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchasers' computer equipment. Our discretion is final.

Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. MATCHDESIGNS do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, MATCHDESIGNS will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. MATCHDESIGNS will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage
MATCHDESIGNS shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us. We do insure our parcels but a refund for damage or loss is in the hands of the courier company.

Purchasing
By making a purchase from MATCHDESIGNS , you agree to allow MATCHDESIGNS to showcase or feature the product on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.

Refunds and Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your MATCHDESIGNS art. Because each piece is completely unique and made to order we are unable to offer refunds on items that are unwanted. However, when your art is delivered, if you think that you've made the wrong choice and your colours don't quite match, we are able to offer you a credit note for the value of the artwork excluding delivery.
